Rick’s Cabaret to build near D/FW Airport
Rick’s Cabaret International Inc., an operator of adult nightclubs, announced plans to build a gentlemen’s club near Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport scheduled to open in summer 2010.
Company President and CEO Eric Langan said Rick’s Cabaret will pay $2.4 million for the land on Highway 183 near D/FW Airport in a turnkey agreement for the construction and furnishing of a 10,000-square-foot building. The land will be acquired after a certificate of occupancy has been received for the building.
Mansfield warehouse space taken
U.S. Underwater Services LP leased 54,025 square feet of industrial warehouse space at 103 Sentry Drive in Mansfield. Jim Hazard with Henry S. Miller represented the tenant and Jordan Foster and Jim Maibach with Peyco Southwest Realty Inc. represented the landlord in the deal.
Logistics company signs Fort Worth lease
A&R Logistics leased 43,000 square feet of industrial space at 2322 Franklin Drive in Fort Worth from Jagee Real Properties Inc. Bob Scully of CB Richard Ellis negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord.
Die Supply business buys in Kennedale
Gerry and Maria Ostand of H&O Die Supply Inc. bought a 16,200-square-foot building for self occupancy at 7200 West Interstate 20 in Kennedale from HB Rentals LLC.
HB Rentals was the real estate arm of PB2, the which previous owner occupied the property as an architectural/engineering firm. Wayne Burgdorf, of Burgdorf Realty Group, served as broker in the transaction.
Industrial space fills in south Arlington
Three leases were signed in industrial warehouse space on Sturgeon Court in south Arlington. Claytonhill Greenhouse leased 3,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space at 1115 Sturgeon Court in suite 103 and Pryde’s Metal Works leased 3,000 square feet at 1115 Sturgeon Court, suite 123. Aerosend South leased 2,511 square feet at 1121 Sturgeon Court, suite 105. Jordan Foster and Jim Maibach with Peyco Southwest Realty Inc. represented the landlord in all of the transactions.
Orthodontics office opens in Denton
North Texas Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics leased 5,000 square feet of retail space at 2109 W. University Drive in Denton from Eagle Farms Inc. David Copeland of CB Richard Ellis negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant.
Texas Adhesives inks warehouse deal
Texas Adhesives leased 14,000 square feet of industrial space at 6760 Exchange Drive just west of Mansfield. Jordan Foster and Jim Maibach with Peyco Southwest Realty Inc. represented the landlord in the deal.
Blockbuster inks space
Blockbuster Inc. leased 4,906 square feet of retail space at 3000 Grapevine Mills Parkway in Grapevine from Grapevine Mills LP. Nathan Wood and Ryan Byrne of CB Richard Ellis negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant.

Euless office space
Canon Business Solutions Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Canon U.S.A., signed a 4,528-square-foot office lease at 150 Westpark Way in Euless. The new office is part of Canon’s nationwide expansion and will house sales and service personnel and a state-of-the-art showroom to support a growing customer base within the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Preventative Tire Maintenance expanded its lease space from 10,000 square feet to 20,000 square feet at 1000 Main St. in Mansfield. Cleveland Steel Container Corp. leased 52,000 square feet of industrial space at 3221 E. Arkansas Lane in Arlington from Forum 303 Crossing LLC. Stan McClure and Steve Koldyke of CB Richard Ellis negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord. The tenant was represented by Jim Hazard with Transwestern.
Baseball business and gas company take Arlington space
Two businesses have inked leases along Enterprise Place in Arlington, including Maddog Baseball, which leased 13,500 square feet of space at 1116 Enterprise Place, and Classical Gas Enterprises Inc., which leased 14,670 square feet of space at 1118 Enterprise Place. Mark Lemke of Providence Commercial represented Classical Gas and Jordan Foster and Jim Maibach with Peyco Southwest Realty Inc. represented the landlord in both transactions.
