selects Craig Barnes as president
His new job: Craig Barnes joined Shield
Engineering Group as the president.
His background: Barnes comes to Shield after 15 years with Fort Worth engineering firm Carter & Burgess. He has extensive experience in site civil engineering and infrastructure projects including: industrial warehouses, public infrastructure, commercial, office, retail, multifamily complexes, single-family residential subdivisions, Corps of Engineer projects, water modeling, pipeline infrastructure and industrial rail design.
Barnes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Texas Tech University, and a master’s degree from Texas Christian University. He is a licensed engineer in the state of Texas.
